The tower device, which is a cylindrical welding structure process equipment, consists of a cylinder body, a head (or cap) and a stand. It is a non-standard equipment designed and manufactured specifically for a certain production process. The tower is an upright equipment for distillation, purification, absorption, rectification and other chemical unit operations. It is widely used for mass transfer and heat transfer between gas-liquid and liquid-liquid phases. According to the internal structure of the tower, the tower can be divided into plate towers and packed towers. If the interior of the container only contains materials without chemical reactions and other physical or chemical processes, there are no facilities or only simple auxiliary structures, also known as cans. Containers are divided into vertical (vertical axis) and horizontal (shaft is horizontal) types according to type. Most of the towers are pressure vessels.
