Refinery explains the refinery or refinery oil plant.
The atmospheric-pressure reduction unit is a general term for both atmospheric distillation and vacuum distillation. Since the two units are usually together, they are called atmospheric and vacuum units. It mainly includes three processes: desalination and dehydration of crude oil; atmospheric distillation; vacuum distillation
Refinery classification:
Can be divided into four types.
1, fuel oil type. Production of gasoline, kerosene, light diesel oil and boiler fuel.
2, fuel lubricants. In addition to the production of various fuel oils, it also produces a variety of lubricants.
3, fuel chemical type. It mainly produces fuel oil and chemical products.
4, fuel lubricants chemical type. It is a comprehensive refinery that produces both a variety of fuels, chemical raw materials or products while producing lubricants.

Refinery processing equipment:
a. One-time processing Crude oil distillation is divided into several different boiling point ranges (ie distillate);
b. Secondary processing The fractions obtained by one processing are further processed into commercial oil;
c. Three-time processing The process for preparing basic organic chemical raw materials from the secondary processed oil is called.
A-1: Primary processing equipment; atmospheric distillation or atmospheric and vacuum distillation.
B-1: Secondary processing equipment: catalysis, hydrocracking, delayed coking, catalytic reforming, hydrocarbylation, hydrorefining, etc.
C-1: Three-time processing device: The cracking process produces ethylene, aromatics and other chemical raw materials.
