Torque calculation of couplings

Choose the main basis of coupling is the maximum torque transfer, transfer the biggest torque value should be less than or equal to the allowable torque, maximum torque machine should be considered to determine the braking deceleration torque and overload torque required. However, the maximum torque is not easy to determine because of insufficient data or difficulty in analyzing the design. Calculate torque not exceed allowable torque value. Computing torque Tc can be calculated using the following formula:

Tc=KT T=9550 * Pw/n=7020 x PH/n type T= theoretical torque N.m

K-- working conditions coefficient, can refer to JB/zq4383-86, the loading classification and working conditions coefficient of the couplings,

Usually 1 ﹤ ﹤ 5 K.

Pw -- drive power; Kw; PH- drive power: power n- RPM
